Professor to review main checklist/approaches
Professor to review Property essays giving exmaples of how to write each major area
Do 33 assigned MBE outside of class
WEDNESDAY
No Class - Students to review independently
MBE Suject - Property
Students to memorize rules and checklist for Property
Do 33 assigned MBE outside of class
THURSDAY
Class from 11:30 p.m. ­ 3:30 p.m.
Professor discusses & clarifies questions on law, checklists & approaches
Review of main checklist/approaches ­ inner checklists & mini approaches
Do 33 assigned MBE outside of class
FRIDAY
No Class ­ Students to review independently
Review law of Property, checklists & approaches
Outline Property questions 1-4 for Saturday's review
Listen to MBE Lecture Tape on Property
Take Simulated MBE test
Listen to FFOL MBE Q&A tape for review of test
SATURDAY
9:00 a.m. ­ 12:30 p.m. essay review of Property. Professor to review assigned essays ­ emphasis on issue spotting, analysis & organization
Review 5th essay assigned that day in class
1:30 p.m. ­ 4:30 p.m. write 3 exams under simulated conditions - turn in exams for grading
4:30 p.m. ­ 5:30 p.m. review essays & subject with Professor
Exams returned the following week with a cassette critique
SUNDAY
9:00 a.m. ­ 11:00 a.m. Multistate lecture / test taking hints for Property with Professor
Review emphasizing Multistate areas most commonly tested
11:00 a.m. ­ 12:30 p.m. 50 question simulated MBE Exam
1:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. MBE Exam / Individual Consultation
1:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Review of MBE Exam by Professor
