COURSE DESCRIPTION

INCREDIBLE GUARANTEE!:

Full course payment is due in advance of course commencement. No payment plans are permitted. All registrants will be interviewed by the FFOL staff before acceptance into the program. Interviews for the February exam begin in mid-September. Interviews for the July exam begin in mid-January. Those who pre-pay in full after the interview process and are accepted into the program may attend the FFOL Long Term program until the The Ultimate Bar Tutorial begins at no additional charge. A non-refundable $2,000 deposit indicates acceptance of all course terms (deposit refunded if course cancelled prior to commencement date). Although the course is open to all Bar candidates, the guarantee is limited to first time Bar candidates only. Those qualifying for the The Ultimate Bar Tutorial  guarantee will be required to sign a contract promising to follow the course requirements. This is intended to motivate and ensure each Bar candidate's 100% course participation. Each enrollee will contract to prepare for every session as directed, attend every class session, write and submit every assignment, and follow the course of study exactly as directed. If after completing the course as directed, a Bar candidate takes but does not pass the specific Bar Exam for which the course has prepared him or her, the Bar candidate will be permitted to attend the next FFOL Short Term Bar Review Course in perparation of the subsequent Bar Exam free of charge ($2,700.00 value). No exceptions will be made to the contract terms and requirements.
