WORKSHOP TEACHES THE PERFORMANCE EXAM METHOD (continued):

You will learn the differences between the four areas of analysis tested on the Performance Exam including legal analysis, proof and fact problems, tactical procedures, and ethical considerations.

You will learn to properly interpret the calls of the question to determine which area of analysis is being tested.
