PERFORMANCE EXAMINATION:
The Performance Examination requires an effective method for managing a 30-45 page situational. Our legal education specialists teach you how to determine what the call of the question is asking. They teach you how to identify and gather relevant legal and factual data in the testing packet. They teach you how to manage those materials through effective outlining. They teach you how to manage test time, how to write an appropriate answer and much more.
