Attorney Sneidmiller passed the California Bar Examination on her first attempt in 1981. In 1983, when the Performance Examination became a permanent testing format on the California Bar Examination, Attorney Sneidmiller developed the Performance Exam Solution® Workshop. She has combined her professional experience with her academic expertise to develop a Performance method that teaches bar candidates how to analyze all areas of inquiry tested on the Performance Examination.

In 1990, Attorney Sneidmiller attended and participated in the actual Performance Examination calibration grading sessions with the Bar Examiners. This experience has given her a unique insight into the specific skills that you must master in order to pass the Performance Examination. Attorney Sneidmiller's academic and practical skills make her the most effective lecturer in the area of the Performance Examination.

For 24 years, Attorney Sneidmiller has maintained a private practice specializing in personal injury and business litigation. She also served as a volunteer Special Deputy Trial Counsel with the State Bar of California and was responsible for investigating, evaluating, and prosecuting cases of alleged ethical violations against individual members of the California Bar.
