Glenn Koppel

Professor Glenn Koppel, a Harvard Law School graduate, is a tenured professor at the Western State University College of Law who teaches Civil Procedure and Evidence for Fleming's Bar Review. 

Background

Professor Glenn Koppel graduated from Harvard Law School in 1970 and went on to pass the bar exam. Professor Koppel specializes in federal and CA Evidence and Civil Procedure, and has taught these subjects for the Fleming's Bar Review for over twenty years. Professor Koppel authored the substantive law outlines and exam answers contained in the Fleming's bar review materials he uses in his Fleming's bar review lectures. 

Professor Koppel serves as a visiting professor at acclaimed institutions such as Notre Dame Law School where much of his work has been published in law reviews. He has served as the Editor-in-Chief for the Orange County Lawyer Magazine and as a Consultant to the Administrative Office of the Courts.

Professor Koppel is a regularly featured guest speaker at law schools throughout the country and at symposiums hosted by organizations such as the Centers for State Courts.

Career

For the first ten years of his legal career, Professor Koppel devoted his legal practice to civil litigation, including anti-trust. In 1982, Professor Koppel joined the academic staff at Western State University College of Law where he serves as a tenured law professor, specializing in Civil Procedure and Evidence (both federal and CA).
