Law School Philosophy

Think Like a Lawyer

"Think Like a Lawyer" is based on the law school process. You learn effective study habits in the first year, develop them in the second year, refine them in the third, and perfect them through bar review. All of our courses and materials target the substantive law you learn each year by combining it with methods and strategies you need to apply to law school exams.

The effectiveness of our philosophy is demonstrated by the thousands of law students who have embraced our resources over the last 40 years. Let us show you the way!

The Fleming's Promise

All of our legal essay writing workshops, law reviews, and law school study supplements are devoted to assisting you during every year of your law school study. These resources maximize your legal knowledge and reasoning skills by developing your analytical skills to achieve success.

From Law Student to Professional Lawyer

You have worked hard to get into law school. Your success depends on two essential skills you must develop and master:

  • The first skill is learning the law, which can be a daunting task. We provide substantive law reviews and outlines that condense the law, making it straightforward and manageable.
  • The second skill is your ability to apply the law to your exams. This is what determines your law school ranking, and we provide approaches, checklists, and strategies that teach you how to master this.

Our staff attorney readers will evaluate your legal and analytical writing skills for every essay exam answer you submit.

If you need personal tutoring services, our staff attorneys are available to meet with you on a one-on-one basis to personalize your learning experience.
