    It Is Never Too Early to Start Studying for the Bar Exam

    Fleming's Edge Extended Bar Review

    There are actually three steps to becoming a lawyer:

    1. Go to law school and build a strong foundation;
    2. Study for the bar approximately 500+ hours; and
    3. Take and pass the bar exam.

That means you would need to be able to spend 50-60 hours a week for that entire time to adequately prepare to take the bar. Do you have a job? A family? The time? Is that at all realistic for a working adult? If you are reading this and thinking that you simply cannot devote that kind of time, Fleming’s has the answer for you: the Long Term Bar Preparation Program that allows you to start much earlier and spread out that substantial workload over approximately six months.

    Professional Responsibility is tested heavily on the California Bar Exam. You might find PR the subject matter of its own essay question. And, you might find it in multiple places in the same bar exam!

    So, be on the lookout! Just because you passed the MPRE does not mean that you have seen the last of PR issues.
