It Is Never Too Early to Start Studying for the Bar Exam
Read nowFleming's Edge Extended Bar Review
There are actually three steps to becoming a lawyer:
- Go to law school and build a strong foundation;
- Study for the bar approximately 500+ hours; and
- Take and pass the bar exam.
Students want to go from step 1 to step 3. But that is not a recipe for success. Students – or graduates – MUST engage in step 2 if they want to be successful on the bar exam.
But where are you going to find 500+ hours? Usually, you have about 8-10 weeks after graduation and before the bar exam. That means you would need to be able to spend 50-60 hours a week for that entire time to adequately prepare to take the bar. Do you have a job? A family? The time? Is that at all realistic for a working adult? If you are reading this and thinking that you simply cannot devote that kind of time, Fleming’s has the answer for you: the Long Term Bar Preparation Program that allows you to start much earlier and spread out that substantial workload over approximately six months. -
